The answer is yes; you can be healed 100%! One of the main reasons JESUS offered His body to be crucified, suffer His death and be resurrected by the power of God the Father was to offer a sinless blood upon the Mercy seat in Heaven. This was for the remission of sins for all mankind, but also He defeated the satanic rule of sickness and death. It was by His beatings (stripes) we were healed at Calvary. It was at that time, where our sins were also forgiven for all eternally. All one has to do to be saved is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ as being the Son of God. Through His death, burial and resurrection He sits today at the right hand of God the Father.

Having said this, please note you can believe now for remission of sins, over 2,000 years later, and have eternal life and have fellowship with JESUS today. LIKEWISE, please note that sickness was defeated then just as sin was. So you can by faith believe your sicknesses / is healed by declaring the same thing, that JESUS took his beating and by His stripes we were healed. Also, by declaring the blood of Jesus to cover your ailment, sickness, disease, injury and any attack from Satan to hinder you and render you ineffective to carry on your life in Jesus name.
